Who we are

AI Insights Hub is an independent publication operated from New York, USA. This policy covers the website, the newsletter, and AI Insights Hub Publisher, the internal tool we use to publish videos to our own YouTube channels. Contact: hello@ai-insightshub.com.

Website and newsletter

Analytics run through PostHog in cookieless mode. Nothing is stored on or read from your device, no profile is built, and there is no session recording or cross-site tracking. The site is hosted on Vercel and its content is stored with Supabase; both process standard request data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address and the page you subscribed from, and send through Resend. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.

YouTube API Services

AI Insights Hub Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access: basic channel information of the signed-in account (channel ID, title, upload status), and the videos, playlists and thumbnails the tool itself creates or updates on that account. We do not access other users' data, comments, subscribers or analytics, or any channel the signed-in account does not own.

How we use, store and share it: the data is used only to upload, update and verify our own videos. OAuth tokens are stored on our own machine or server, readable only by us. Apart from the IDs of videos the tool created, kept in logs for up to 30 days, no data from YouTube API Services is stored. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties, and no advertising or analytics service receives it. The tool sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

Revoking access and deletion: access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page, https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After access is revoked, or on request by email, we delete all stored tokens and data obtained through YouTube API Services within 7 days.
